Legal & privacy
Who we are, how we handle accuracy and corrections, how you may use our work, and what happens to your data. Written to be read.
A note from us
We build every dossier the way it asks you to read it: carefully, with every claim tied to a numbered source, and with an honest label on anything that is estimated, inferred or disputed.
Even so, history is an argument that never quite ends. New documents surface, historians change their minds, and a careful book can still contain a slip. If you find one, we would genuinely like to hear about it at hello@pastandpowerhq.com, ideally with your source. We check every report against the evidence and correct confirmed errors in the next edition.
Our dossiers and this website are written for reading, learning and enjoying history. They are general information, not professional advice of any kind.
